Pachnoda vossi beetle are easy to keep and raise, they are a petty green with a yellow trim and under belly, making them an amazing variaty of Pachnoda that will make anyone jealous.

How I Keep Mine

Housing: 

Any kind of see through plastic or glass container relative to the amount of Pachnoda vossi beetles or larvae you have. Plenty of ventilation is a must.

 

They will need to be kept on the warmer side with plenty of light above.

 

Substrate:

Pachnoda vossi will live in Oak/Beech/Sweet Chestnut leaf litter, or a mix of these. 

The bottom needs to be on the damper side with crispy leaves on the top

 

Temperature:

Room temperture 28 - 32ºC / 82 - 89ºF

 

Humidity:

80%

 

Food:

Larvae of Pachnoda vossi: Leaf litter (decaying oak, beech, sweet chestnut leaves)

Adults of Pachnoda vossi: Banana, orange, apple, grapes, fish flakes
